Q2: Do you produce clients' design? Will your company offer artwork?    

A: Yes, we welcome customized products. We will free offer artwork for you to check the design before production.

 

Q3: How's the mold fee charge?  

A: If products are available in stock, there's no mold fee. If the production needs to use new mold, the mold fee will be US$18-US$200, different style has different mold and charge. Mold fee is only one time charged, you do not pay for it next time when you repeat the same style to make.

For second order customers we don't charge your mold fee. 

 

Q4: How to get an extra discount?  

A: Discounts will be pegged to the amount of your order and quantity of order.

1. If you once order amount upon US$ 10,000, we will give you an additional 3% discount.

2. If your order quantity is over 50,000 pcs/style one-off, we will give you an additional 2% discount.

3. If you pay more than 60% as deposit, we give you an additional 1% discount.

 

Q5: What is your after sales policy?

A:

1. Within one week of receipt of the goods, the customer receives the goods should be checked, if the problem should be informed within one week.

2. If the confirmation is a quality problem, we will provide free replacement cargo services.

3. If the cause of goods quality problems is due to uncontrollable factors, we only charge you the cost of repair.

4. For that you have sold the products, problems due to the passage of time or wear caused by abrasion, etc., we will have to charge you a certain repair cost s.
